Over four modules, you will discover how to identify and uncover root causes of priority issues for your community and United Way. Start your United Way journey with the resources and knowledge you need to be successful! This virtual program consists of two, 2-hour modules of live classroom instruction. Plan for a robust and engaging experience that will provide you with the basics of United Way: our vision and mission, our distinctive strengths, our history, and guidance on pathways for your United Way career.

In this course, new fundraisers and those new to fundraising at United Way will explore what makes United Way unique and how that impacts our fundraising approaches. You will also learn the keys to successful fundraising so you can assess what you need to focus on in the next 90-120 days. You will leave with a plan unique to you so you can develop or expand your fundraising skills and experience at United Way.
