WHAT OUR ATTENDEES SAY
Understanding how United Way can tackle the most entrenched issues in our community - how to find the, understand them, and work toward solving them - is critical to our mission. I learned key skills and abilities to do all of this that I'm already applying.
Community Impact is the work we do - it's why we exist. This program grounded me in the best approaches to this important work - through a lens on equitable outcomes.
Each of our communities have different issues. But, we all have similar challenges. Talking with colleagues [from across the Network] helped me think on our priorities and I learned how they were succesfully! working on similar problems.
The instructors were great! I recommend all CI professionals to go through this program - even if you're experienced! You'll learn new, improved ways of doing this hard work!
