HOW DO I MODIFY MY REGISTRATION?

Every registrant will receive a receipt email which contains a link to modify their registration. Check that email or if you don’t see the email, check your junk or clutter folders.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Cancellations can be made by modifying your registration online. Be sure to check your registration receipt email for the cancellation policy specific to that event!

WHAT IS A HYBRID EVENT?

A hybrid event is an event that combines in-person and online components. Hybrid events may have any balance of in-person and virtual elements—while some are predominantly in-person, others are primarily hosted on a digital platform. WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THE SPEAKERS FOR CONFERENCES?

The conference website will have information on speakers for general and breakout sessions, located in the SPEAKERS tab of each conference website.

CAN I LOOK AT A SCHEDULE FOR THE EVENT?

As planning for our programming progresses, we're able to include additional details about each event.

For our conferences, the event schedule on the conference website will be updated regularly with more information on sessions, speakers and times.

For training coursess, we'll include general information before you register, with specific details on location and logistics 4-6 weeks prior to the beginning of the course. Contact Ask United Way with questions.

CAN I EARN CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR ANY OF THESE EVENTS?

Many of our events are eligible for continuing education credits from Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) International, HR Certification Institute (HRCI), National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), or Society for Human Resources Manager (SHRM). The web page for each program will indicate if you can obtain credits by attending a specific program.
