Networking and Engagement
In addition to our general and breakout sessions, Operational Excellence in a New Normal will host plenty of live networking and engagement opportunities designed to build community among attendees and connect you with subject experts. Each of these opportunities will be made available in specific locations within our virtual conference environment. NETWORKING LOUNGE
We have over 600 (and counting!) United Way staff and volunteers representing an array of functional areas, professional/experience levels and geographies joining us at Operational Excellence in a New Normal. Take advantage of this extraordinary networking opportunity by visiting the Networking Lounge, a space for casual, unmoderated conversation. Conference goers who enter the Lounge can sort themselves into groups and chat with other attendees. Each group will include a prompt or question to facilitate conversation and help participants get to know each other. Feel free to switch between groups over the course of the event!

THE PLAZA
If you have any questions about United Way’s available tools and resources, functional-area-specific topics or our sponsors, make your way to the Plaza! Consisting of booths, the Plaza will serve as the site where you can collect resources, watch demos, join live moderated chats and participate in one-on-one video chats with experts.
