Who Should Attend
The Together We Thrive Conference is designed for United Way CEOs, board members, and staff leaders—especially leaders under age 35—who are committed to advancing our strategic vision and fostering impactful change in their communities.

CONFERENCE FEES

We are committed to making this event accessible and affordable for all United Ways, and we’re eager to see widespread participation. To support this, we're offering early bird registration at $750 per attendee, well below market rates. Additionally, United Way Worldwide designated $1.5 million in stipends to help offset travel and participation costs. Thank you to the many United Ways that expressed interest in stipends by the deadline, which has now passed.

Early Bird Registration
Register by March 14, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET and save $100! The early bird fee is $750 per person and includes: 

  • Four general sessions with expert keynotes

  • Three professional development breakouts 

  • Thirty-three education sessions focusing on our network transformation, especially on Impact, Relevance, and Sustainability

  • Four networking meals  

  • A networking reception 

  • Numerous smaller group and one-on-one engagement opportunities 

Early registrants also gain access to preferred hotel rates at three hotels each offering varying amenities and price points: Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, and the nearby Universal Aventura Hotel (walkable to Royal Pacific Resort and Sapphire Falls Resort where conference programming will take place).

Standard Registration  
The standard registration fee is $850 per person and applies from March 15 until May 12 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Travelers should confirm their event registration before making nonrefundable travel plans.

Conference Stipends 
Each United Way is eligible for one guaranteed stipend, with amounts varying by revenue size and location. The deadline for CEOs to submit their interest for the guaranteed stipend and any additional stipends (limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis) was Feb. 3, 2025. Stipends will be issued to the United Way (not individuals) after the conference. Please review our stipend FAQ to learn more about the stipend process. For additional questions, Ask United Way.
