The United Way Executive Director or CEO leads these changes necessary for success.
The United Way New Executive Leadership Onboarding program supports incoming leaders, whether they come from United Way backgrounds or not, in driving their organization to become a modern United Way and in improving its performance.
This program will be comprised of multiple touchpoints over the course of 12 months, providing new leaders consistent support, community, and growth opportunities as they begin their journey as a United Way CEO.
