 WHAT OUR ATTENDEES SAY

As someone who is always in meetings - like project teams, community collaborations, and everything else we do at United Way - I found this program very helpful to me and to our teams. We have more aligned teams and participants, and now hit our goals all the time.

It's all so practical and relevant. I have tools and strategies I can implement right away!

EVERYTHING about facilitating meetings, especially agenda building and managing dysfunction, is incredibly helpful to my leadership.

Reflecting back, what I learned the most is how a meeting actually has - and should have - a structure to it. I'll be using the meeting outline provided until it is second nature to me.
