SCRM POWER USER TRAINING
*This training is only available to staff in organizations that have implemented or will be implementing United Way's Shared CRM.
Power User Training, delivered by Beyond the Horizon, prepares your team members who have a passion for operational processes and championing new technology to be your local Shared CRM experts.
During a week of hands-on, immersive training, your Power User team will learn the end-to-end functionality of Shared CRM, understanding how overall architecture and data fit together. They will utilize this technology to streamline processes and seek system improvement.
Power Users serve as the leaders of End User Training and first stop if End Users get stuck. Additionally, they will understand how Shared CRM works across departments and help break down organizational silos.
Most local United Ways will have 2-4 Power Users on staff.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This program is designed for advanced users of SCRM in the markets that are undergoing SCRM implementation.
Standard participant registration cost for this program is $1,500 per person.
(Price adjustments based on initial SCRM implementation will be made after completion of course.)
