 WHAT OUR ATTENDEES SAY

"Understanding of DISC model and using it as a lens to understanding relationships and goal setting, was very educative and eye-opening. Mostly all portions of the module were deeply relevant with a high degree of applicability to our on-ground relationships. Found it to be a very useful toolkit." - Senior-level Leader

"I have done DISC so many times but having the short hand, key factors made it actually make sense so I can use it. Understanding how they contribute to change management and momentum concerns has been extremely useful as we've implemented new programs." - Process Leader

"Learning how to identify others with different DISC styles and tools to approach conversations with them is extremely useful. Now I've been able to apply different strategies for different styles. My colleagues, team members, and our leadership seem to "hear" me better as I've learned to adapt tot heir style -- it's made us all more successful." -People Leader

"Knowing DISC - and using it as a shared langage across our team- has been so useful. We know our strengths better and adapt to each other's communictaion styles and those of donors and ocmmunity partners. I think everyone should be in this program." - Executive Director
