BUILDING LEADERSHIP CHARACTER

Built from behavioral science principles, this leadership program develops a fuller understanding of leading with integrity and character, built on respect and responsibility.

In a self-paced and virtual environment, work through interactive activities and gamified learning tools, and learn how to grow in your responsibility for self, team, and organizational success as well as foster team collaboration. Join in one of the optional "coaching calls" and share and hear your learnings and those of your colleagues.

This program is ideal for United Way leaders of all levels who are seeking to gain a fuller understanding of key principles of leadership.

Any individual who leads - within their role, as a people leader, or as a process leader - will benefit from this program.

Standard participant registration cost for this program is $400.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
Register 6+ weeks in advance to receive a $50 discount.

MULTIPLE PARTICIPANT DISCOUNT
Have more than one attendee from your United Way? Enjoy a $75 discount on the registration of each additional participant. (This will be applied at final cost.)

PLANNING FOR THIS VIRTUAL EVENT

This leadership program is all virtual and self-directed. It begins with a kickoff call to orient you to the program and your partner. The program is punctuated with several optional "coaching calls" and concludes with a final wrap-up session.

Plan for an interactive, multi-media experience that includes gamification with United Way colleagues.
